From your first, consultation with your designer right through to the delivery day here’s what to expect when you embark on the QM Home Interior Design Service.

It begins with a phone call to learn about your project and access your design needs. This is where we’ll talk through your ideas and wish lists. We will answer your questions and explain how our design process works during this conversation.
Once you decide to move forward, your designer will send a design agreement outlining the project goals, projected timeline, and design fees to ensure we are on the same page. Once the design agreement is signed, your designer will schedule an in-depth design session at our design center. Together, we’ll go over the scope of the project, including your floor plan layouts, design concepts, color palette, textiles, etc. This meeting will be the catalyst for developing your design concept and proposal.
Once your design presentation is ready, we’ll invite you back into the design studio to present the project, discuss options, and make any necessary revisions. You’ll have some or all of the following items to review: digital design slides, floor plans with furniture placement, textile and finish samples, and a detailed quote to review and approve.
Our professional white-glove delivery team will unwrap, assemble and position your furniture, and remove all packaging for recycling. Your
designer will also be there to style your home so by the time we leave, all that’s left for you to do is sit back and enjoy!
